With a vision to accelerate the influence of the organization, the event Synergy 2020 is aimed towards strengthening MASWO as an organization by bringing all the members and their families together for a gathering and networking event. This is a social event with an inaugural meeting, followed by cultural programs and dinner. Synergy 2020 is the first mega event organized by the association and will be conducted with highest standards and professionalism. It will be attended by 600 participants and representatives from other Malayali associations in Ontario is also invited to the event. MASWO is publishing a Souvenir as part of this event and also recognizing most senior Malayali Social Workers at this event.
