Our team focuses on defining strategic priorities for the organization and coordinating various departments within the organization in line with Strategic Priorities. We are in the process of developing various internal policies and procedures, reviewing and resetting strategic priorities, creating and strengthening regional bodies and mentoring key functionaries for organizational effectiveness.
